Who we are

This website

This website has no forms, sets no cookies for visitors, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. Our hosting provider’s servers record technical details of each request, including the IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser’s user-agent string. These logs are used only to operate and secure the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in doing so, and are kept only for as long as that requires.

Email

If you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply, to handle your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver and record that work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where you ask us to quote or to contract, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as the enquiry or engagement needs it, and then for as long as we are required to keep business records.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, the safeguards required by UK data protection law apply.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to your personal data, for its correction or erasure, and for a copy in a portable form; you can object to its use or ask us to restrict it. To do so, email enquiries@dc.ltd. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
